  • New members meet leaders beforehand for introductions
  • Members treat one another with respect
  • Members respect that others need to talk, as they do themselves
  • There will be no violence during the session or nearby
  • Participants arrive as little affected by drugs (including alcohol) as possible
  • We all speak as openly and honestly as we can
  • Any topic that comes up is OK
  • Whatever arises during a meeting remains confidential
